What is a Baadhaka?
For a house falling in a particular type of rasi (movable, fixed, or dual), a specific house from it becomes the baadhaka sthaana (troubling spot). The lord of this baadhaka sthaana is called the "baadhaka" (troublemaker) for the original house.
